1. Find your heat
Browse the shop or hit us up if you've got a specific grail in mind. Each listing spells out the condition grade, sizing, and the story.
2. Enquire
Click "Enquire" on a listing or slide into our contact form. Let us know if you're serious — we'll confirm availability in real time.
3. Get a payment link
We send you a secure invoice with the exact price. No surprise fees, no checkout drama.
4. Payment confirmed, item ships
Once we see the funds, the item gets boxed and headed your way within 2 business days.
Shipping rates & timelines
Fast, tracked, and no surprises.
Processing
Orders ship within 2 business days of confirmed payment. Weekends and holidays don't count — we're on it Monday through Friday.
Shipping costs
$8 for accessories & streetwear · $12 for sneakers · Free on bundles over $100. Standard tracked courier every time — you get a tracking number the day it ships.
Tracking
Check your email for the tracking link once the package is in transit. Most orders arrive within 5–7 business days depending on your location.
Returns & exchanges
We grade hard and photograph real — but if something doesn't match, we've got you.
Return window
You've got 7 days from delivery to request a return. The catch: the item has to not match its listed condition grade, or arrive damaged. We photograph everything real — if it matches the listing, it's yours.
Return shipping
You cover return shipping unless we misgraded it — then we handle it. On a valid return, we refund the item price plus original shipping once the package lands back with us (3–5 business days).
Sneaker condition
Kicks have to come back unworn beyond trying them on indoors. Scuffed soles, creased toe boxes, or worn laces = worn. We're fair, but we keep the heat in rotation.
Final sale items
Some flips are one-off. Respect them.
Vintage pieces and bundle deals are final sale. Why? Because they're graded and photographed individually — we've done the homework for you. You're not buying blind. Read the condition carefully, zoom the pics, and if you're unsure about sizing or detail, reach out before you commit. Once a vintage or bundled flip ships, no returns.
